SATIA Privacy Policy

The Vision Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the iOS application “SATIA” (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information in connection with the Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Device identifier — We collect your device's Identifier for Vendor (IDFV) to recognise your device across sessions. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not participate in Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
  • Subscription information — Purchase status, expiration date, and restore status, managed through Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat.
  • Usage events — Screen transitions, screen duration, and user interactions for product analytics.
  • Technical data — OS version, app version, device type, and crash/error context.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location data, photos, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (PostHog analytics) and Japan (Supabase backend). By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
